Think Pink

Westphalia Pig Day 2019

At the “Think Pink” event, experts offer specialised presentations to illuminate a large range of topics and cover the current conditions in pig farming.

From 5 to 8 February, 2019, the convention centre Messe und Congress Centrum Halle Münsterland in Münster became the meeting place for everyone working in the agricultural sector. As part of Agrarunternehmertage, AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG and the cooperative “Genossenschaft zur Förderung der Schweinehaltung (GFS)” in Ascheberg and Erzeugerring Westfalen invited visitors to “Think Pink”. This particular event was directed specifically at pig farmers. On Friday 8 February 2019, about 200 pig farmers utilised the opportunity to hear presentations by experts on many trade topics related to pig farming and get up-to-date information and suggestions. The programme ranged from raising pigs to the possibilities and limits of nutrient-reduced pig feed.
