Positive six months at RStrom

Raiffeisen Energie GmbH & Co. KG and its 49 partners from the Raiffeisen Group and AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG have now been selling electricity selling electricity for six months. The director Torsten Fischer draws a positive interim conclusion.

"The start of RStrom has been successful. We have been able to use the experience from natural gas (RGas RGas) in developing the systems and procedures that are particularly important for the cable and pipeline energies because of statutory requirements and specific industry standards," reports Torsten Fischer. Raiffeisen Energie offers noticeable price advantages in most areas compared to the large competitors. Customer loyalty values are above average.

Overall, Torsten Fischer draws a positive conclusion for Raiffeisen Energie: "In the fifth financial year, because of the stagble existing business and good opportunities in ne customer acquisition, we can clearly say: We are established and can now develop helathily." Previously RGas RGas, RPellets RPellets and the nationwide fuel network fuel network with the RCard RCard were members of the "R family". Many new customers have already had contact with the R family before they concluded an RStrom or RGas contract, because confidence and personal presence in the region are important to them.

The sales area for RStrom may also continue to grow. In principle, Raiffeisen Energie can already supply RGas and RStrom nationwide. The proportion outside the "core area", however is still low. Torsten Fischer: "We are still open for committed partners from the Raiffeisen network, who want to round off their energy range with our products and together develop customer potential." The energy provider is concentrating on simple tariffs where possible. Typically there are price guarantees – with a term of up to 36 months.
