AGRAVIS offers participation certificates
After the lively interest at the first output of participation rights in 2015, AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG provided interested investors once again with participation rights in the form of participation certificates. The aim is to further strengthen the equity capital cover of the company. AGRAVIS would like to generate up to 30 million euros in additional capital in this way from potential investors.

The overall amount is, as in the previous year, divided into two instalments. For investor relations and employees the volume amounts up to 10 million euros. The nominal value per participation certificate amounts to 1,000 euros. The minimum subscription is 2,000 euros. The participation rights in this instalment will be interest-bearing at 3.2 per cent per annum.
Interested third parties (natural and legal persons) can be issued participation certificates up to an overall value of 20 million euros. The nominal value per participation certificate in this instalment amounts to 5,000 euros. An interest rate of 2.2 per cent is applicable to this instalment.
The course of the participation certificate is a standardised five years. The end of the tender period is 15 November 2016. Allocation is principally on a first come, first served basis. This means that the earlier you subscribe, the greater the chance of receiving a participation certificate. AGRAVIS reserves the right to reduce and reject applications.
The income generated from the participation certificates serves AGRAVIS as general financing for the business operation.
AGRAVIS has placed great value on a solid and broadly set up financial structure. Handing out participation rights to a value of 36 million euros has in previous years contributed to the equity capital quote increase to 27.2 per cent.
The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht, BaFin) has approved the securities prospectus for the allocation of participation certificates. The prospectus is available here. AGRAVIS's branch "Cooperatives and Investor Relations" is available for enquiries by telephone +49 (0)251/682-2010, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
