* The price guarantee does not apply to taxes, fees or price components which Raiffeisen Energie GmbH & Co. KG needs to pay to other companies involved in the electricity supply, such as electricity tax, VAT, network costs, licence fees, the German Renewable Energy Law reallocation charge, German CHP legislation charges, the offshore reallocation charge, Ordinance on Electricity Grid Access Charges fees and the reallocation charge for switchable loads. Raiffeisen Energie GmbH & Co. KG has no influence on the amount for these price components. The agreed price is adjusted accordingly whenever these price components are changed.
