Absolventa commends AGRAVIS trainee programmes
The trainee programmes offered at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG were recently once again commended by the Absolventa platform. The job portal for students, graduates and young professionals acknowledges career-enhancing and fair trainee programmes offered by companies of different sizes from different sectors.

The aspects of supervision, content and the further and advanced training opportunities offered are evaluated. Current trainees in addition to the personnel department of an independent institute were surveyed accordingly.

- The remuneration and duration of training are reasonable and depend on the learning content and development goals.
- The quality of our trainee programmes is safeguarded by external and internal evaluation measures.
Opportunities for professional advancement
At AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG, the trainee programmes for the promotion of young talent offer a variety of opportunities for professional advancement at one of the largest agricultural trade and service companies in Germany. "We currently focus on four areas, namely agricultural trade, agricultural technology, controlling and commercial management," explains Personnel Development Officer, Jürgen Wolf. Depending on the focus, the programme length varies between 12 and 24 months.
Entrepreneurial spirit and an affinity for the markets
AGRAVIS focuses on candidates with a university degree in agricultural science or business administration affording entrepreneurial spirit and an affinity for the markets. Positions of responsibility within one of the divisions at AGRAVIS await upon completing the training. A detailed development and deployment plan – combined with targeted training measures and workshops – supports successful integration into the company. Personal networking in addition to technical and interdisciplinary qualification are decisive cornerstones and consciously aim to retain trainees' long-term interest in the company with attractive offers.
