2. Social media data policy declaration

2.1. BODY RESPONSIBLE

We are pleased that you have visited a Facebook fan page (hereinafter referred to as “fan page”) of AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG, Industrieweg 110, 48155 Münster, Germany, info@agravis.de, entered into the Commercial Register at the District Court of Münster with Commercial Register B no.: 9692 and at the Hanover District Court with Commercial Register B no.: 53744 (hereinafter referred to as “AGRAVIS”). We provide you with information about the collection, processing and usage of your data below.

2.2. GENERAL INFORMATION

AGRAVIS provides you with information about the processing of your personal data in relation to the fan page provided by AGRAVIS and its shareholders. In its ruling dated 5 June 2018, the ECJ confirmed the joint responsibility of the fan page operator and Facebook. You will find information on the data processing of Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “Facebook”) in its data policy. AGRAVIS has no influence over the advertising that Facebook places on the AGRAVIS fan page.

2.3. COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The fan page that you visit offers the option of responding to our posts, commenting on them, making a user post yourself and sending us private messages with personal requests. We use the data that you provide in relation to posts and possibly accessible to us (e.g. Facebook user name, images, possibly interests, contact details) exclusively for the purposes of customer and prospective customer communication based on predominant legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). Our interest lies in offering you a platform which we can use to show you current information and which helps you to send your requests to us and allows us to respond to your requests as soon as possible. Your data will be deleted in the fan page settings if we are able to do so.

2.4. TRACKING TOOLS

AGRAVIS does not use the fan page to perform any further data processing besides the basic functions. Be aware that Facebook Ireland Limited may use tracking tools and cookies, independent of AGRAVIS's use of the fan page. You will find information about this usage in Facebook’s data policy .

AGRAVIS has no influence over external links on the Facebook fan page, the collection of data by external page operators or the advertising that Facebook displays.

2.5. YOUR RIGHTS

You can assert the following rights against AGRAVIS free of charge at any time if AGRAVIS is able to act in this respect within the bounds of its fan page. Contact Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland if you wish to assert any other rights.

Right to information:

You are entitled to receive information from us about the processing of your personal data.

Right to rectification:

You have the right to demand rectification of relevant incorrect or incomplete personal data.

Right to erasure:

You have the right to demand your data be erased if the conditions specified in Art. 17 GDPR apply. You can then demand that your data be erased if they are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected, for example. You may also demand their erasure if we process your data with your consent and you revoke this consent.

Right to restriction of processing:

You have the right to demand restriction to processing of your data if the conditions specified in Art. 18 GDPR apply. This is the case if you dispute the accuracy of your data, for example. In such a case, you can demand that restrictions are placed on the processing of your data while the accuracy is being checked.

Right to objection:

You have the right to object to the processing of your data if processing is based upon an overriding interest or your data are used for the purposes of direct advertising. An objection is permitted if processing is undertaken in the public interest or in the exercising of official authority or owing to a justified interest of AGRAVIS or of a third party. If you object to data processing, we request that you state the reasons why you object. You also have the right to object to data processing for the purposes of direct advertising. This also applies to profiling insofar as this is associated with direct advertising.

Right to data portability:

If data processing is undertaken based upon consent or is related to fulfilment of a contractual agreement and is also undertaken using automated processing, you have the right to receive your data in a structured, established and machine-readable format and transfer such data to another data processing service provider.

Right to revocation:

If data processing is undertaken based on consent, you are entitled to withdraw your consent for data processing at any time with future effect free of charge.

Right to complain:
