Information on the AGRAVIS share

The subscribed capital of AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG remained unchanged at EUR 205.5 million at the end of the 2023 financial year. It is divided into around 8 million registered shares with restricted transferability. In accordance with the articles of association, at least 60 per cent of AGRAVIS shares are owned by cooperative companies. At the end of the year, the proportion was 62.2 percent. Employees hold 5.3 per cent of AGRAVIS shares and agricultural businesses 4.6 per cent. Individuals and legal entities close to the industry account for 27.9 percent of the shares.

Annual General Meeting

The trading value of AGRAVIS shares was raised again at the end of the Annual General Meeting: from EUR 62.00 to EUR 64.65. "This means that the positive development of AGRAVIS is also reflected in the trading value of the share", emphasized Hermann Hesseler. Since AGRAVIS was founded in October 2004, the value of AGRAVIS shares has risen by more than 150 percent.
