Joint responsibility for data processing by AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG and the operators of the social networks
When you visit our pages on social networks, personal data is collected and processed by us and by the operators of the media. In its 2018 Facebook fan page judgement, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) determined that this constitutes processing by joint controllers in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR. Processing of data by the network operators
The operators of social networks process data for market research and advertising purposes. This allows interests and user profiles to be derived based on surfing behaviour. Interest-based advertising is placed on this basis. The network operators often also use cookies for this purpose. If you are logged in to the networks, data from your profiles can be linked to the data collected and used in interest-based advertising. If you do not want this to happen, you must log out of the network before accessing our site.
The operators of social networks do not provide any information about the exact circumstances of their own data processing.
