Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board of AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG appoints and advises the Board of Directors and monitors its management. The Supervisory Board has 16 members. The term of office lasts five years. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Franz-Josef Holzenkamp, President of the German Raiffeisen Association.
Eight members of the Supervisory Board are elected by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting and eight by AGRAVIS employees.
