Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board of AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG appoints and advises the Board of Directors and monitors its management. The Supervisory Board has 20 members. The term of office lasts five years. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Franz-Josef Holzenkamp, President of the German Raiffeisen Association.
Ten members of the Supervisory Board are elected by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting and ten by AGRAVIS employees. The elections of the employee representatives take place outside of the Annual General Meeting at AGRAVIS locations.
