138 new trainees join the AGRAVIS world this year
New jobs, new surroundings, new faces: on the first day of their training with the company, a great deal lay ahead for the 138 young people who started their careers with AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG on 1st August and 1st September this year. The apprenticeships cover many different trades, from agricultural and construction machinery technicians to commercial office managers, and from wholesale and foreign traders to warehousing logistics specialists.

- 16 new apprentices started their working lives at the AGRAVIS head offices in Münster and Hanover as well as the distribution centre.
A total of 85 young people embarked on industrial and technical courses, while 53 opted for the commercial route. “With more than 500 trainees, the AGRAVIS Group continues to place a strong emphasis on recruitment, underlining its credentials as a trainer of apprentices. We purposely invest in training, covering a broad range of 17 career fields. Bearing in mind the pace of demographic change, we are already thinking about the workplace and the customer requirements of tomorrow,” stresses Andreas Rickmers, Chief Executive Officer of AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG.
