Large trucks impress pupils
The commercial vehicles used by FS Trucks GmbH, an affiliated company of AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG, are generally over twelve tonnes and have up to 750 HP. 18 pupils from Münster and surrounding areas learned during the "School – then what...?" action day about trucks and HGVs, inspections, repairs, and apprenticeships as well as placements at FS Trucks and AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG.

Verdict: "I find the large machines fascinating and can easily imagine working with them in the future", said 14-year-old Sebastian Lütke-Brintrup. Workshop foreman Andreas Konermann explained much about the job of a mechatronics engineer to his young guests. "You can readily apply for an apprenticeship or a placement here; we look forward to hearing from you and are flexible", he emphasised.
The "School – then what...?" action day has been organised by Wirtschaftsförderung Münster for the last eleven years with the objective of making school pupils aware of career prospects at an early age. AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG has participated from the beginning. "This is an ideal event to show pupils the wide range of apprenticeships available at AGRAVIS", emphasised Knut Fischer, training officer at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG. More information on FS Trucks.
