New brand strategy: future programme for a greater customer orientation and service
"We focus, invest in our future and create uniform structures": these three statements form the crux of the future programme of AGRAVIS Technik. AGRAVIS Technik is restructuring in Westphalia and western Lower Saxony. From 1 January 2016, the Agco/Fendt and Claas brands will be marketed separately. In future, the approach will be: one location – one brand. AGRAVIS is the only retail partner on the market to offer the Agco/Fendt, Claas and New Holland brands (via Newtec).

The municipal and small equipment technology will be concentrated within its own national company, TecVis GmbH.
In future, Claas products will be sold by AGRAVIS Technik BvL GmbH in the Münsterland/Emsland region. AGRAVIS Technik Münsterland-Ems GmbH will take over the sale of Agco/Fendt products in the Münsterland/Emsland region. In the east Westphalia/Sauerland region, Claas sales will be bundled within AGRAVIS Technik Saltenbrock GmbH. The new company, AGRAVIS Technik Lenne-Lippe GmbH, will concentrate on the sale of Agco/Fendt products in the east Westphalia/Sauerland region.
"By separating trade, we reinforce brand loyalty and the specialised consulting on the products of the respective brands," explains Gerd Schulz, Managing Director of AGRAVIS Technik Holding GmbH. All workshops will remain open to all brands. "Our customers are thus able to use our services everywhere, regardless of the location and brand," Schulz confirms.
AGRAVIS Technik is always seeking opportunities for improvement and to actively help shape developments in the market," explains Gerd Schulz, Managing Director of AGRAVIS Technik Holding GmbH. "We are using the current shift in the agricultural technology sector as an opportunity to build up a future-oriented approach."
The AGRAVIS Technik group is one of the leading trade and service partners in Germany in the field of agricultural technology. "With turnover totalling € 791 million in the last business year, the Technik group makes an important contribution to the business success of AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG – today and in the future," says Schulz. "More than ever before, our economic success depends on sustainable customer relationships. In the course of the new future programme, we will implement improvements that both we and our customers stand to benefit from," Schulz continues.
Thus, AGRAVIS Technik is planning investments in a greater customer orientation and service quality. This includes the construction of new sites, modernisation measures in the service workshops and the expansion of further and advanced training measures for AGRAVIS Technik employees. What's more, uniform structures at all companies of the Technik group will be created across all locations so as to ensure greater transparency and improve efficiency in the cooperation.
