AGRAVIS Technik Heide-Altmark GmbH is extending its premises
Excavators have started to move in on the premises of AGRAVIS Technik Heide-Altmark GmbH in Uelzen: The workshop will be extended and new social rooms built. The area of the currently around 600 square metre workshop will be doubled to 1,200 square metres. The existing social rooms will be relocated to the new building and will in future offer considerably more space for employees.

"In 1999, we have moved to this site with 25 employees, today the workforce has grown to 60", Wolfgang Diedrich, director of AGRAVIS Technik Heide-Altmark GmbH, explains the necessity of the extension. "Besides, the machines are getting ever larger. This is why the workshop has also become too cramped. Now we create more space for man and machine." For this purpose, a 24 metre wide and 30 metre long building will be added to the existing workshop.
Construction work is to be completed by the end of the year. Ongoing activities in the workshop were hardly impaired by the extensions, emphasises branch manager Jörg Denekas and is looking forward to soon welcoming customers in the enlarged workshop: "Provided with more space and modern equipment, we will be able to work more efficiently and to meet our customers' requirements even better."
Uelzen is a location of AGRAVIS Technik Heide-Altmark GmbH totalling nine branches and 198 employees.
