This is what our quality management system contains

• Careful selection of raw materials and suppliers as the basis for the production of high-quality and safe animal feed. We work exclusively with certified suppliers to ensure quality assurance across all stages.
• In addition to regular supplier assessments, we rely on supplementary, risk-orientated supplier audits carried out by Allianz Futtermittelsicherheit Deutschland eG, AFS and our own supplier audits.
• Comprehensive, risk-orientated test planning for all raw materials and finished products. Analyses are carried out exclusively in accredited laboratories, both by our own feed laboratories and by external laboratories.
• The use of modern production facilities with a high degree of automation. All facilities are systematically monitored.
• Monitoring of all internal processes by qualified internal auditors and by external auditors as part of the voluntary certification and monitoring audits. In addition, all processes from the receipt of raw materials to the finished animal feed are subject to regular official inspections.
• Compliance with our comprehensive company-specific HACCP concept.

To achieve this, we invest in the continuous development and improvement of our products and services as well as the high level of qualification and ongoing training of our employees. Together with trusted partners, we are constantly expanding our range of services. System tests and laboratory services are accredited in accordance with EN ISO 17025.
