Under Leifker's direction, AGRAVIS's feedstuff business has continuously developed. In the end, Leifker was responsible for an annual turnover of about 1.2 billion euro.
Milestones in his career include the building up of the holding structure in the area of feedstuff with regional, national and international companies, expansion through acquisitions of other companies and the connection of Raiffeisen cooperatives with AGRAVIS production companies. Just recently, at the end of the financial year, various Raiffeisen cooperatives became shareholders of AGRAVIS feedstuff companies in Emsland and in Münsterland. "It has always been fun for me that through constant change, motivation and shared ideas we have achieved so much together," thanked Ludger Leifker.
His successor, Sönke Voss, has already been in the company for some months now and has been responsible for AGRAVIS's compound feed business since 1 November.
