16 new apprentices started at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG
The first day at the new company is fascinating and exciting. 16 new apprentices have now started their careers at the company head offices of AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG in Münster and Hanover. The apprenticeship professions are very varied – ranging from office management clerks to mechatronics technicians for agricultural and construction machinery, IT clerks, warehouse logistics workers and milling and feed process technologists.

The dual degree programmes are also very popular with the young employees. 131 apprentices in total started across all the AGRAVIS disciplines.
During their introductory week, the young people visit various AGRAVIS locations and the distribution centre and compound feed plant in Münster. Several central introductory events will be offered for the first time for the new apprentices from the peripheral apprenticeship locations. A particularly interesting aspect of this is that the older apprentices from the central and peripheral locations have taken charge of the programme planning and organisation. In several project groups, the apprentices from the "older" year groups have put together a varied programme over two days to give their "new starter" colleagues an easier start to their apprenticeships. "With these projects, we are of course promoting network formation and cooperation between the apprentices and across the 16 apprenticeship professions and the numerous AGRAVIS locations," explains Knut Fischer from the Apprenticeship team at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG.
