- 16 new trainees have now started their training at the AGRAVIS head offices and all in all, 180 trainees are commencing their apprenticeship across the entire AGRAVIS territory.
During their introductory week at the company, the young people will visit different AGRAVIS locations such as the distribution centre and the mixed feed plant. Apart from that, there will be enough time left to get to know the other new trainees on the occasion of a barbecue or party. From office management assistants and agricultural and construction machinery mechanics to process technologists in the milling and animal feed industry - apprenticeships at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG are very versatile.
Five trainees have opted for a dual course of study, which means that on-the-job training and studies are completed simultaneously. Apart from business informatics and business economics, this year a completely new agricultural bachelor course is being offered in Mosbach. Afterwards, graduates are able to work in AGRAVIS retail sectors or agricultural trade companies. "Our 15 apprenticeships and two dual courses of study are as versatile as AGRAVIS itself. Each year there are new opportunities and challenges in agricultural business", explains Knut Fischer who is part of the training team at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG.
