Ceravis acquires three AGRAVIS companies
The AGRAVIS subsidiaries FUGEMA Futtermittel- und Getreidehandelsgesellschaft mbH, Raiffeisen Mölln GmbH & Co. KG and Raiffeisen-Zentrum-Idstedt GmbH are merging their business with Ceravis as of 1 January 2016.

"With this joint, concerted step the Ceravis shareholders, AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG and the Danish DAVA Group, are expanding their strategic cooperation", Dr. Clemens Große Frie and Christian Junker, CEOs of the parent companies AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG and DAVA, explain.
Ceravis has been operating on the market since 1 June 2015. In this company, the Joint Venture DAVA AGRAVIS INTERNATIONAL will be managing the agricultural trade business that has been taken over from Getreide AG.
The acquisition of the three companies by Ceravis is subject to the committees' consent and is still awaiting approval under anti-trust legislation.
By setting this entrepreneurial course, Ceravis will be able to optimise its market position in Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The company that will grow by a turnover of approx. 300 million Euro will take over all 273 employees of the three companies. "It is the objective of Ceravis to establish itself on the highly competitive market in the North of Germany and to grow and a good basis has now been established for this," Ceravis-CEO Thorsten Pogge revealed.
In the joint venture DAVA AGRAVIS INTERNATIONAL, the Danish DAVA Group is holding 75 percent of the shares and AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG 25 percent.
